My team and I are so excited to be back with our free community BBQs for 2024.
These events have been inspired by a simple idea: food brings people together, and communities thrive when they are connected.
Last year, we were completely overwhelmed with the response from the community, with 1000 meals served already.
Everyone is welcome to come down for a meal, and a chance to get to know your neighbours. We will have vegetarian and gluten free options available. There will also be activities for kids, and it’s an opportunity for you to share your issues, questions and ideas with your local Federal MP.
We know that many households are doing it tough right now, as the cost-of living soars. So, take a night off from cooking and come grab a free bite!
